The plot goes as follows: While passing through, Homer decides to visit the chapel he helped the nuns build years ago. Mother Maria has plans for Homer to build an orphanage for the many children who have taken refuge with the nuns. When the government tries to place the children into foster homes, Homer sees how positive the church environment is for the children and does everything in his power to finish the orphanage. This film features Billy Dee Williams as Homer Smith, the original role was played by Sidney Poitier
